On the other "hand the pist cost of lighting _ the purchase of the Camps, ports &e (which does not seem to have been thought of) has amounted to ₤1656, & the annual outlay for keeping uf 500 Camps will be ₤2312. Fortionality the Governor feels that it is absolutely necpary that the rate should, both for the first expense, and the annual cost o
